Who we are

This site is run by Calico Websites. If you have a question about your details, send us a message through our request form and we’ll reply by email.

What we collect

Only what you type into our request form: your name, your email, the social platforms and handles you choose to share, what your site is for, and anything else you add. Browsing the rest of the site doesn’t ask you for anything.

Why we use it

To reply to you with a quote and, if you go ahead, to design and build your website. We don’t sell your details, share them for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it for us

• Formspree receives the form and emails it to us. It keeps a copy of each request.
• Vercel hosts this site. Like any web host, it processes technical details such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the site secure.

Cookies and tracking

We don’t set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers. Our fonts are served from this site, so your browser doesn’t contact Google or any other font service.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as we need it to reply and, if you become a customer, to build and look after your site. Ask us and we’ll delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us. Send us a message through the request form.

Changes

If this changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
